You will need a picture at least 300 dpi (preferably 500-600 dpi). One you purchase this listing, I will reach out to you for a picture and the text you want engraved. I will remove the background on the picture and will send you a computer generated view of the pet portrait. Once you approve, I will engrave the keychain and get it in the mail to you.
