Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Jewelry orders will ship within 3 days. Please contact us at hottwiredesigns@gmail.com for estimates on customized and personalized products as production times vary.  Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order has been received. 

LOCAL OR EVENT PICKUP - 

Local orders can be picked up. An email will be sent when your order is ready to set the place and time. Orders can be delivered to some dog show/sport events depending on our schedule. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 5 days (3 days for jewelry orders) using USPS Flat rate shipping fees.  We do not ship outside of United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hottwiredesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
